Global Services
We assess each client’s situation individually to identify the most suitable pathway—ranging from company formation or residency-by-investment to temporary or permanent residency and, where eligible, citizenship options.
While citizenship by descent (jure sanguinis) lets some people claim an ancestor’s nationality without investment or residency requirements—common in countries such as Italy, Spain, and Poland—many clients follow alternate routes: establishing a business, qualifying for temporary or permanent residency through investment or employment, or meeting naturalization requirements over time.
How We Work
Every engagement begins with a free, no-obligation consultation — by video or in person at our offices in Buenos Aires, Miami, Rome, or Dubai.
We do not charge for your time until we have clearly defined the scope of work and provided a transparent quote.
Our team is multilingual: we work natively in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, English, Arabic, Russian, and Dutch.
We do not outsource our core work. The person you speak to in your first meeting is the person managing your case.
Free Consultation
We meet with you by video call, at no charge, to understand your family history and assess whether a claim is viable. We ask questions about your grandparents and great-grandparents — where they were born, when they emigrated, what documents the family already holds.
Genealogical Research
Our team builds your family tree and identifies every document required. For many cases, this means contacting archives in multiple countries simultaneously. When necessary — and it often is — we send team members in person to locate records in small towns and villages across Europe.
Document Collection and Apostille
We obtain certified copies of every required document — birth, marriage, death, and naturalization records — and arrange apostille certification where required. We manage translations, notarizations, and any additional official requirements.
Application Submission
Depending on the country, applications may be submitted at a consulate in your country of residence, directly in the country of origin, or through a legal representative. We prepare every submission, liaise with consular officials, or government offices for your residence and track your case.
Citizenship or Residence Confirmation
Once citizenship or Residence is granted, we assist with the documents applications, registration in the country's civil registry, and any follow-up requirements. For families with multiple generations applying simultaneously, we coordinate all cases in parallel.
CLIENTS SUCCESFUL STORIES
Mariana from Miami came to us in 2025. Her grandfather had been born in Italy in early 1900's and emigrated to Venezuela.
The challenge: His records had been partially lost and the "comune" had changed his name / documents existed only in handwritten Latin in a parish archive.
What we did: Our team traveled to Rome and spent time working with the local civil registry to locate and certify the original documents.
The result: She and her sister — including children— now hold Italian passports, giving them the right to live and work anywhere in the European Union.

Alberto from Argentina came to us in 2018. His great-grandfather was born in Poland in late 1800's.
The challenge: Due to the records had been partially destroyed in WWII and the municipality have no records.
What we did: Our team traveled to Poland and identify local religious records and with help of the civil registry we found copies of the documents.
The result: Mr. Alberto and his 2 daughters— now hold Polish passports.
